How do I book a taxi?

Fill in the booking form, call us, or message us on WhatsApp. We agree the fare with you and confirm your booking by phone or WhatsApp.

Can I cancel or change a booking?

Yes. Call or WhatsApp us. If you cancel at least 6 hours before pickup, you get a refund. Cancellations within 6 hours of pickup are not refunded. See our cancellation and refund policy.

How much luggage can I bring?

It depends on the vehicle. Each car on the Fleet & Fares page lists its luggage space. If you have more bags than usual, tell us when you book so we can send a bigger vehicle.

Do you run at night?

Yes, we operate 24 hours. Night charges may apply. See the fare notes on the Fleet & Fares page.
