This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the JC Cabs website and book a taxi with us. In short: the website itself does not store your details. They only reach us when you choose to send them by WhatsApp, phone call or email.

The booking and enquiry forms

The booking form asks for your trip type, pickup and drop points, date, time and preferred vehicle. The enquiry form on the Contact page asks for your name, phone number, city and a message.

When you press the button, your browser turns these details into a WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp. Nothing is sent to the website or saved by it. The details reach us only if you press send in WhatsApp. If you close WhatsApp without sending, we never see them.

What we receive when you contact us

• Your WhatsApp number and name as shown in WhatsApp, plus the message you send.
• Your phone number if you call us.
• Your email address and message if you email us.

Messages sent on WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.

How we use your details

• To discuss and agree your fare, and to confirm your booking.
• To arrange your vehicle and driver, and to contact you about your trip.
• To reply to your questions.

We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not sell them.

Who we share them with

• Your driver gets your name, phone number, pickup and drop details so they can reach you on the day.
• Partner taxi agencies: if we arrange your vehicle through a partner agency, we share the same trip details with them.
• Authorities, only if the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

The JC Cabs website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. If we add analytics in future, we will update this page first.

The Contact page and the city pages show an embedded Google Map of our office. When that map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.

Website hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel's servers record basic technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

How long we keep your details

Your messages and trip details stay in our WhatsApp, phone and email for as long as we need them to arrange your trips and keep our records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
